SUPPLEMENTS
I know that not all supplements always work and are all that they are cracked up to be but I do think some of them do work. I also know that there are no MAGIC cures. But I do believe in trying things especially if they are not harmful. Also, when you try things you do have to go into it knowing that they are supplements and not "FDA APPROVED" and not everything works for everyone. Below are a couple of links regarding supplements.
Below you will see Green Coffee Bean Extract and it is supposed to help with energy. I think it gives me a boost. I rarely drink coffee or energy drinks anymore so maybe it is working!
You will also see one or two for FOCUS. I am 42 years old and realizing I have AADHD symptoms. I recently talked with my doctor and he prescribed me some medication. I don't have insurance. Holy Crow! I can't afford the prescription! So I was off to find a natural supplement. I have been trying this and some other things. I think it might be helping! Who knows? Maybe it's a placebo. But it can't hurt!
Another supplement below is Beet Root. I'm gonna tell you right now you are not going to get me to eat a Beet in a million years so if I want the benefits of a beet I will have to take them in supplement form! These are also supposed to support energy. Due to the depression I have been battling and the extra weight I had put on I was willing to try anything that was safe. Beet Root is also known to help with Flow and Circulation. Because of my desk job and not moving enough (that's on me) I was finding I was swelling in my ankles and I was hoping these might help my circulation.
L-Tyrosine is below and it is supposed to help with mental alertness.
Potassium with extended release Magnesium is great for a couple of things: blood pressure, vascular health, bone health, heart health and magnesium is great for helping with sleep and muscle recovery.
